Dude stop. I am trying to find out if its happening or not. That's all. You did not prove me anything. I'm on AirlineApps. I know what it says. Long before you showed up. Like I said, I hope I am wrong.

Ads up to a few days ago but the portal dissappeared and the ad link says the job job is no lnger available. They were already having difficulty attracting or keeping people. It just seems counter productive. I was on the cusp of applying but really just lost interest. I don’t know if they’ll care but there are people out there and the application process seems a pain. That’s just opinion though.

Good luck to those that are trying.
When I saw this statement and then the following comments on the Visa program I started asking.

What do you mean you hope you are wrong? Please show me the evidence backing up your claim and we can have a intelligent conversation about it.

Have heard they are still actively seeking Visa pilots..

Also, it is “preferred” 737 type but far from mandatory.

The more temporary Visa workers brought in to fill these types of roles the less leverage US pilots get with their respective companies to improve pay and conditions.

I filled it out end of Feb. Got invite to watch their presentation the next week. Then got an interview for yesterday and got job offer last night. I am not Aussie.

Still on their website: https://www.aveloair.com/company-new...t-compensation

My class date is Apr 11. I was wondering if any one had limitations and memory Items the company uses to start studying. Or maybe a quizlet quiz made for Avelo.

Don’t worry about it the training footprint is so long, you won’t need to study before class anyhow. But welcome aboard so far so good for me I throughly enjoy it here.

They do but as of course with the shortages they are on back order. Looks like we will get one next week when we return to the school house
