Hawaii rules: Notwithstanding that those persons entering the state and performing critical infrastructure functions are subject to a 14-day quarantine and are only allowed to break quarantine to perform those critical infrastructure functions, it has been determined that for the health and safety of the airline crews and the passengers on their flights, airline crews may leave their designated quarantine location in order to (a) exercise outdoors, excluding ocean activities, so long as social distancing requirements are met, and (b) pick up food for consumption at their designated quarantine location. Any other breaking of quarantine remains strictly prohibited.
