Sad part, is I will do better in 2020 even being UNA since 1 JUL and FUR starting 1 OCT.
First six months at year 3 ER FO pay, when I went UNA, I was basically back at Year 2 ER pay, and the FUR pay is enough that I will still beat 2019 with the PS factored in.
I was also on a lot less Mil Leave this year, which helped.
2021 is going to be stupid low W2. No Delta Pay, active duty pay for my rank is somewhere in the $96k range. Yeah, BAH is tax free, but so was the VA disability that is within $200 a month of that. Will likely be in a tax free zone for 10+ months of the year.
