United A320 FO
Year 1 (9 mo.) Year 2 (3 mo.)
Gross $110,000
Per Diem $9,000
401k DC $18,000
Not eligible for PS
Total Compensation $137,000

Days off 16-18 per month
Total Block 675
Total Credit 1030
Average credit of ~85hrs per month
First 3 months reserve

high per diem, half of which I consider income from our “cross-town pay” since I live local to and bid out of a co-base that gets automatic additional per-diem added on for tolls/cabs (that I don’t use. About an hour of pay per pairing).

Does flipping burgers have any upside earning potential? Are there no regionals offering huge signing bonuses and entry level captain slots to qualified pilots?

(I made $14k my first year at Mesa...there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Keep chugging away.)
The profile section for Mesa shows junior captains in every domicile with 2018 and 2019 hire dates. Whats holding you back?

Frontier FO. 4th year pay most of 2019.

~$160,000 wages
~$5,600 per diem
~$18,200 DC 401k
~$37,000 one-time signing bonus

Total: ~$220,000 ($183,000 without the one-time bonus)

I honestly don’t know how much I worked but I picked up trips over my vacations and would typically have 13-14 days off a month with roughly 95 hours credit (significantly higher on vacation months).
