Even with open time and late arrival etc, I'd think you would need to make over $300/hr with a little extra needed still. But then again, I was a history major...
I don't buy it... a very good friend of mine was a 12 yr 777FO, didn't come close $400k+...

I know a guy who did $400k/yr as a 777FO. He bid off to try his luck making more as a NBCA.

Default End of 2019 salary survey

SWA 12 yr CA
Block 680ish
$350k which includes regular, vacation, sick and training pay plus 30k excess check from year before PS. And about $4k in DC overages paid as cash.

Separate $42K DC put in. max hit due to contributing some myself because I wanted to make sure it maxed out.

No sense listing per diem because I spend way over on overnights.

Hope that made sense.

Default From a regional pilot....

Even as a regional guy enrolled in online classes, not only am I not belittled by this thread, I’m actually invigorated by it! Is HUGE positive motivation to finish my degree, and move on.

Please keep the posts coming.

I wouldn’t want that guy’s life no matter how much he made.
