Not sure that anyone browsing the major forum cares about first year regional pay. Not trying to be a richard but it is hard enough keeping up with 43 pages as it is. Here’s the regional equivalent thread: End of 2019 regional survey
You mean keeping up with all the net jets bickering?

To back up Retractable. I'm a 12yr FO at NJ and Grossed 239k this year. I did work 194 days and flew 705 hours. Here's the breakdown
regular time $136,677
Overtime $9,501
Night flight $1,030
non flight $3,000
Flt time override $46,693
OT days $19,950
Holiday $2,714
Bonus $19,950
Total 239K
Not even counting the $8,880 I made in per diem. Which isn't really spent on the road because you get 3 square meals a day between what the company and hotels provide on the side.
Also the company put in another 30k into my 401k on top of the 25k i put in. Most captains I flew with this year made 300k plus doing the same sked I did. I ran into a Global captain last week. He showed me his check 438K. That's obviously the exception. But Netjets is finally holding its own.

It’s amazing how much many on the board know about compensation of NetJets pilots who have bet been NetJets pilots for sometime now.
Thanks for adding more reality.

Didn't know NJ had a 120% match on the 401K, neat....
