I operated the SAV-LGA flight the day of the Comair 5191 crash. I worked for Comair at the time and the captain of that crash was a friend. Needless to say we were all a little bummed out.

After landing in LGA and parking out at the blast fence, one idiot guy getting off said, "Thanks for finding the right runway." I almost got up and hit him.

Standing behind a lady getting ready to board a DH to ATL. She turns around, looks at me and says “Is the airplane ok? Is the flight going to be safe?”
I instantly replied “I sure hope so”. Probably could’ve thought that one through. She turned so pale I felt bad.
