“He seems to lack the broad cultural interests that are characteristic of many individuals with his level of education. He appears to have a rather limited range of interests and prefers traditional, action-oriented activities to artistic and literary pursuits or introspective experiences. He may be somewhat intolerant and insensitive, and others may view him as rather crude, coarse, and narrow-minded.”

I suspect Delta requires the candidate to follow proper business etiquette during the interview process.
Lol, it's so true though.

Ah, that must be when the “rocking chair test” began. IIRC, the criteria were:
A. Fails to rock — indecisive...may freeze up at the controls.
B. Rocks too fast — reckless...may do stunts and crash.
C. Rocks too slow — lazy lout...may cause flight delays.
D. Avoids chair and sits on couch — prudent...hire him.

Again guys seems very broad and hard to really determine. Man what if one didn’t understand what they were reading. We all interpret things differently. Again there is no way to gage a person by this test. This person has a great track record and has a great history for many years. I’m sure they’ve had there share of issues as we all have. BTW haven’t we all! Thanks for the assessment it was clear as mud! REALLY! Why in the world is a psychiatrist the only person that can interpret this! Seems to me a lot of controversy. Thx guys just get frustrated with corporate trash. This friend is a great guy and I hate it for him but as all have said don’t let it get you down and move on.

It's not a test, as in scores exist or not. She interprets results and makes a recommendation based on what Delta has told her they want.
It's flight ops that decides to accept the recommendation. Or not.
Best of luck to your friend, there are many great options out there and seeing as he/she made it thru day one they obviously have a strong records, testing and interviewing skills. They will be fine.
