Considering it’s a hometown airline, this will probably bite them.
Speaking of SY, how do they plan to grow with such low pay and only one base. I can only see them growing as announced if they open up DFW and raise their pay.

Looks like the ULCC transition is going to plan.
Step 1. Lay off a bunch of employees to save a few pennies
