Why stay? Are you legal to work in the US?

I thought the carriers over there were paying well because they couldn’t find pilots?!?

Line holder for 10/12 months. Not a single extra pickup or Senior Manning trip. ~15 days worked per month.

Company contributions to a retirement plan.

It's like a 401k match except you don't have to put a anything in yourself to get it.

I have no idea. The company puts 9% into the B-Plan and 7% into the C-Plan. Any employee contribution is separate and doesn't affect the 16% company contribution. All three contribution types are managed on the same web site.

Basically means nothing A/B it's an old UAL thing ( prior to my time ) 16 % DC is what counts . They just devide it

The B plan was pre-bk. Added C plan post-bk. All of it is defined contribution.
