What is the hold up on the negotiations? Is it the union not being assertive enough or is it CK and management not willing to negotiate?
Is there any progress at all towards getting a new contract?
With improved work rules and 2nd year pay being higher these days at most of the majors, as well as the unknown future of the company, I would assume a lot of K4 guys are looking to move on. I am right in assuming CK must realize this, but doesn't care?
