I'm curious as to where they are all going. They can't all be AA recalls. I know we have quite a few and some have said they are not going back. 9 a month is pretty significant for a pilot group of 400 or so. PS has been playing his union busting games for a while and costing Connie quite a bit of money.

the 'quit' was the trucking guy, that's why I didn't bother mentioning it, I don't care about that guy anyway, he was an a$$.

Why are so many people leaving?
Are things that bad over there?
How are contract negotiations going? Any progress towards a new contract?

From what I gather, you line guys are saying you are short staffed, but the company is saying otherwise.

What are the odds that the handful of us who had our class cancelled in Jan 2012 still have a chance to get over there?

Thanks for the insight.

I think we are short staffed and will probably be hiring by the end of the year. Wouldn't suprise me to see 1 or 2 400's show up this year also. Negotiations are going about as well as the RLA allows and a certain somebody in management is spending money unecessarily to keep the pilot group "in place". It's likely why attrition has picked up.
