The "spike" has gotten bigger, pulled transition FO's out of 400 class 2 days before finishing GS. Those leaving is almost 2 a week right now (per training dept.), so why don't they bring them back I have no idea especially as the furlough "TBN" will not be happening and it is rumored that many including the CP say we should be gearing up for hiring but PS won't have it, any of it!

From my weeks at Fort Fumble, we asked about the furlough's (6/400 1/200) and why not bring back. The answer was "we will bring back if needed for more than 6 months, this is a spike in operations."

There has been a lot of training for the 400, 30+ got displaced from the 200 (CA's & FO's), however OE is the log jam with some from the first displacement class still to start or complete OE. I will have to go back to the sim for a PC as still telling me 6+ weeks before I can start OE and my 120 days will expire!!

I dont know about 9 per month since Jan ...but the number is pretty significant considering the group of AA guys that went back.

I just looked at next months lines and I figure there is at least a dozen a head of me not shown on the bid lines and thus need IOE to start or either wrap up, so I will sit and wait.
