As far as quick upgrade on the 200.
I was middle of the road in my class for flight time, 17,000+hrs and 9 types.
They don't hire low time, inexperience here.

I am an RJ Driver and yes would love to go 're-learn' how to fly again. I'm afraid of a massive slow down tho if I did jump ship and come over. We've all been there before
Are you at AE?

Are there mins for 200 *upgrade*, or just seniority?

Does one with 5000TT/3700Jet/300 TJET PIC stand a chance to get hired at all?

Also as an aside.... are you guys allowed to take non crewmembers on a Kalitta flight? For instance, can a wife fly to meet a pilot on a Kalitta bird? (I'm assuming this one is a big fat no, but figured I'd ask)

it was like this in 2008, in fact it went to a new hire who finished initial on the 200 and went right to 200 upgrade class.

great, you must be a super pilot, I hope you aren't on the -400, you must be one of those guys that think us RJ pilots shouldn't be Captains here.

what is your definition of inexperience or low time?

People shouldn't upgrade unless they have some experience. Just because somebody has 1500 hrs and an ATP doesn't mean you can be capt.

Get tired of the crowd that goes to school for two years, ends up with 250 hrs and thinks they are so experienced. It has and will continue to kill people.

They also tend to know that deep down and are therefore a little sensitive, check the mirror.

All the best.

I don't know where you are from, but your grammar is a little off, I don't quite comprehend exactly what you are trying to say. Although, I am just fine, we have and hire plenty of pilots that can upgrade, you aren't at the regionals anymore. sounds like you need to retire.
