Default Kalitta Pay?

Anyone know why Kalitta pay is so crappy? I guess crappy is relative. Maybe thats why Kalitta gets 747 guys to fly for $109 an hr.

Don't you have anything better to do with your time than post flame bait?

....and you work where, a regional, for how much? idiot

and the answer is, this guy isn't even a pilot, March 3, 2007, 'Regional' Threads,

"Where will I have to live?
I'm planning on getting a regional job in a couple of years and I am trying to figure out where I will be able to live. Is it more or less likely that I will be able to live in a different state than which I am based? How hard is it / how long does it take before I would be able to transfer to a different base? Do any regionals give you a choice for base?

I am concerned about where I live mainly because my dad owns a nursery business and I would like to work for him during my time off. Is this a far fetched goal?"

grow up...

Also, considering you can upgrade in no more than 2 years I'd say the pay is pretty darn good. See how many other places pay you that kind of money in that short of a timespan...

of course then there's the "getting the actual job" issue...

where do we find these guys... and why are we looking there?

dude... focus on nursery's... initial indications are, that's where you'll really bloom.

I just wasted 3 minuted reading his other posts: "Who hires who?" "What do you guys do on days off? "How do I get a job" "Why does no one pay what I want?" "Will someone wipe my butt for me?"

Dude, get a life.

I can only think of one right now ... that's without a quick upgrade.

They were at the DFW job fair last weekend. Chief Engineer said they have 70 some crews, need to have over 100. Main problem is the training pipeline is too small.
