Hello Jeremy. Is that you? Enjoy dining out on the union credit card? Called all your E3 buddies and promised them airlines to work? It worked out good enough for me because I will fall in-line with my Kalitta brothers and focus on the task at hand which
is fighting for an industry standard contract. How did that best in class work out for you shopping for a new truck to change the plates on???
Class act - NOT

Oh and this isn't JK's handle so you look even more bitter and stupid.

I have accepted J.K.'s victory Whether you care to accept reality or not, we have begun a race of attrition vs deliveries. I can promise you Connie, Pete, and Heath are anxious for us to sign a substandard contract to get bodies in the door to fill the seats. Hopefully cooler heads will prevail this time from the pilot side of the table. There is no hate, no vitriol, we are on the same side. Us against them They are wholesaling our wages and we allow it. This cannot continue The end!!

I agree with most of this.... however, PS isnt involved with negotiations this time for good Reason, the boss just cares about the legacy... and Heath... could go either way. The real impediment in the past was MH and he is neutrilzed due to being on forever medical leave...If it WAS your company HOG.. just like any other airline youd want the contract you signed to cost the company the least amount possible ALL companies only give what they perceive they have to. The company will either get to a metric that the pilot group will accept and is palatable.. or they wont and the attrition will continue. Its really that simple. My biggest fear is that there are guys that are so butt hurt of the results of the election no matter now GOOD the offer they will vote no. the end.

How'd voting yes work out last time? Best thing we did at United was vote no on the first one and recall a bunch of LEC officers...

Know your worth...I guarantee you the first offer is not going to be a good deal especially with those in power negotating it.

it’s just business. I have a mortgage to pay and they have a business to run. Nothing personal. If this was an airline they would have a lower asm than spirit, frontier, and Allegiant. Not only did they kick our ass on the last contract they destroyed us. Maybe why attrition is 35%

let’s play who wants to be a millionaire regis,,,,,,,

if your an abused Kalitta Pilot do you?

A: Continue the abuse and hope things get better and wait for another **** sandwich to be served up for a no vote?

B: Sit back and laugh while they trip over dimes to pick up a penny while being the lowest paid wide body pilots on the planet?

C: Watch them burn 🔥 money because of their short sightedness until they finally realize it’s cheaper to pay us than lose money?

or D?

im leaning towards D: Pull an Elon Musk and tel them to G.F.Y. ???

I will say this and leave it at this. For those not In the know K4 is the launch customer for Emirates Air repossessed 777/300. There will be tail strkes in the learning process. While our employer does everything to hire the cheapest labor possible this will come back to haunt them. For those that beg to differ about equal pay for equal airframe I leave you with this final thought. Don’t go Into an expensive restaurant and not tip. They have 12 very expensive airplanes enroute while treading water with seniority. Know your worth. Make a stand. Park the airplanes until a fair deal is agreed upon.
