The CP conference call yesterday made it very clear nothing is going to be improved. No increase in pay, retirement, the foreign bases dangled for the international pilots was just a rouse. Keep rowing minions! As long as the planes keep moving, pilots keep picking up open time, and new hire classes are full nothing will change. If you don’t like it, he made it very clear Spirit is hiring and we are free to find employment elsewhere.

In the mean time mgmt will scrap the bottom of the barrel to fill classes. Even if it means dragging lesser experienced pilots across the finish line with extra simulator, months of ioe, and even being sent back after for more sim training. Being in OPT here is like a badge of honor in their eyes.

Senior capts, cka, and the like are all getting apps out, even guys with 10-15 yrs on property. That’s says enough is enough and time to move on. Connie meals aren’t enough anymore I guess.

ACMI blows, it's not worth my deteriorating health for a little cheese. Like the regionals, last days for these bottom feeders. What a dump this place, only ones staying are the rejects and felons.
Good luck!

So where are you headed to now or hoping to be? May you get better in whatever better place you end up.

Very true. Always a problem where they are never getting where they think they want to be and then hating it if they do get there but never coming clean about it. How about that run on sentence and I left out the eternal complaining no matter where they are. Hint, no place is perfect - some are just better than other places depending on your priorities.

*Let me know when an outfit lets you fly when you want, however many days you want, from wherever you want to wherever you want, whatever equipment you want and of course pays whatever you want… Want is the active term vs really focusing on what you need.
