Thanks for the summary, CPW. What is the amendable date for this contract ? I'm surmising from some prior posts that it's in 2024.

I believe it's retroactive to Jan 1st. So Jan 1st 2021 to Jan 1st 2025.

the DOS is March 1st

I enjoy flying with every last one of you... but I don’t want to hear for the next three years from everyone how they voted “no”. It’s amazing how that changes when guys get back on the line. I’d rather talk politics and religion over that!

Well, it’s behind us now, and it’s slight improvements. Now Atlas, step up. Like they say;
“good luck, we’re all counting on you”.
Atlas has nothing to do with their contract. Atlas may never vote on a contract again. The Arbitrator needs to step up.

2. Pay Rates retroactive to January1, 2021

3. All Company Retirement contributions are Non-Elective (Direct Contributions)

4. Retirement Plan Brokerage Option open to all Crew-members

5. Per diem rates remain amongst the highest in the industry (Old Contract Domestic: $2.20 / Old Contract International: $3.10) (New Contract Domestic: $2.35 - $2.65 / New Contract International: $3.25 - $3.55)

6. 4 PCH for each Day of Reserve regardless of the actual length of time on Reserve

7. Hotel rooms required to have air-conditioning for hot weather ( 😂😂😂 )

8. Company bears cost for any uniform change

9. Increased Sick Bank accrual 1 day per year from .67/month to .75/month - 8 vs 9 Days

10. A Crewmember on Medical Leave will continue to pay the Pilot rate for insurance for 6 months vs current book 90 days (Single: $150 - $225 / Family: $225 - $300)

11. Improved language for return to employment after a LOA – Date certain when pay starts

12. No layover day assignment when a Crewmember is off his line

13. New Language for Composite Lines – 70 hr MPBG and possibly higher Line Guarantee

14. Rest will not start until Crewmember assigned a hotel room ( 🖕😎🖕 )

15. A Crewmember who has been Assigned a Flight shall not be removed from the Operating Crew to Deadhead as a result of a more senior Crewmember being Assigned a Deadhead on that flight (I guess this happened a lot on the previous contract. Sorry senior guys, but that was always a 🍆 move)

16. 6 hour penalty above MBPG if not in US by 1900Z and home by 2359Z - Clarified

17. Removed 20 days language during OE (Even after you finished IOE, they could keep you out 20 days (I think). After being scolded around the world by a checkairman for 16 days, most guys didn’t appreciate being forced to stay out an extra 4 days. Correct me if I’m wrong here.)

18. New language for center seat selection – aisle or window in economy plus before center seat

19. Changed language for International Deadhead requiring Business Class Travel to prevent abuse by the Company Travel Dept. – removed “individual segment” and made clear that its 3 hours of flight time during the deadhead regardless if it consists of multiple segments

20. Travel Bank language expanded and clarified

These are just the highlights and might not make total sense to people unfamiliar to our previous contract. Hoping Atlas and everyone else can get even better deals. Rising tide and rising ships and all that stuff.
Awesome job during this time getting all gains and no concessions.

You might as well tell him what you think those concessions are. Other wise we are going to have three pages of people asking and answering that question. Just like gains, concessions are in the eye of the beholder.
