Atlas pilots are significantly underpaid by comparison to industry standard. You guys have a ways to to but are definitely getting closer to an industry standard contract. I wish you guys the best in getting the work rules and compensation you deserve. In the same breath, wow do I envy you guys — if the current proposed CBA passes, the chasm will be even further widened between Atlas & Kalitta pilots.
