Thanks Lockheed, sounds like you are very involved in the union issues. And as a hopeful applicant thank you for all the work and chess play you guys do. I have no dog in this hunt and current debate, but it chaps my arse when pilots complain about things they did not actively try and change by participating in the process. Suck it up buttercup or get your @$$ in the game is my motto. I’ve said it before, you guys have it pretty good. And every job has room for improvement. I’m sure you guys can think of a lot since you are flying the line. Good luck in your future negotiations.
I'm just an observer now, after seven or eight years on the NC and my faa expiration date being in about 12 months the torch has been passed to a new group of volunteers
you are so right...there is certainly lots of room for improvement, hopefully much of that will come in the next cycle

What does that have to do with your insensitivity to people with significantly less than average mental acuity? You are mentally a pig and a dinosaur. Your comment above, as usual, has me baffled. Based on my background? Smelling good? Hmmmm.

Two Zoom calls this week with the company and the union, both said the company will be stepping up interviewing and hiring. Hoping to get 2 classes a month of about 20 each time. Currently we are loosing a bunch of pilots to Brown, Purple and pax operations, running in the region of 1-2 per day!! If it's a place you want to come to get your stuff in and keep following up.

This number includes voluntary withdrawals for many reasons including people leaving for other jobs. It is not a failure rate but the rate of awarded pilots completing training and making to the line. While we have issues, avoiding K4 due to the training is more a reflection on the candidate than the company in my personal opinion.
