Anything is possible. Definitely apply. You may not get a call next week, but it should happen. Company’s going to start feeling the squeeze as the legacies, brown/purple pick up hiring.
Yes, all of our pay scales are the same across the board. Currently, the 767 rarely, if ever, breaks 64 hr guarantee, but I know on the 747 (assuming the same on the 777), I’m personally averaging 95-100hrs/mo. It won’t always be like that, but we are currently flying our butts off.

Can anyone in the know confirm/deny if there is any official way that current K4 pilots can recommend applicants?
I've also heard its common for them forget about some applications due to the sheer volume of hiring going on.
Would it be unwise to call HR to remind them or is it more of a 'don't call us, we'll call you' type situation?

I can't specifically comment on your HR questions...I'm not sure.

Does anyone know who’s getting interviewed presently, ex-MIL, ex-Atlas, Regional guys, Low time flight instructors, “I almost have ATP minimums”?
Is 6k+ TT, 3k+ TPIC, Boeing type with PIC time and 2 internal recs. not competitive? If not what is?

Got the call for the interview!
Hello all. Got the phone call a couple of days ago and am beyond excited to finally have a go at my dream job and dream company. Anybody got any of the latest updates of what exactly the interview is like? I’ve been studying like heck for the compass test using the free portion on UAE’s site at the recommendation of a fellow K4 pilot that used it and did well, practicing basic and long division type math, etc. What can anyone advise me on as far as what else to expect. Thank you so much in advance!
