I hate doing it. I came here because I wanted to work somewhere with a great product that had a future. However, I will not be taken advantage of. I will not make 30% less and be treated worse than my peers and then go out-work them voluntarily. I didn't go to American because thier employees hated management, and management took everything it could from them. Now I look here and it's the same, the only difference is that at AA there are no juicers. Everyone rows in the same direction and they get paid and treated well.

Here we have people like you and P3 Bubba. You need to stop this nonsense and fight with us. When we get a CBA you can put the gloves back on and do a stand up routine every flight. I'll be right there with you.
Yes, yes and more YES! I'm sick of these guys rowing to their own beat!

They want the product without any regard for employee morale. That doesn't work and many of us don't appreciate guys like hyperboy helping management do it.

I'm sure he's a great guy, but worry about our pilots first. When we have the contract we deserve, we can all help maintain the "product/brand".

Again you and I agree totally.
I just don't like guys calling someone I know who does a lot to help our guys pathetic, he also said

That was my problem.

At American, they're rowing in like 20 different directions.

Pay for what you get. You want good pilots that go above and beyond only what they have to do reward us with money and benefits. We use to, and we lost benefits, were given mandatory unpaid training, compensation less than our less productive peers. Why go out of my way to give management a bonus.

I know hyperboy very well(we were sim partners) and while him and I disagree on many things he is the first guy to help a pilot out so when some guys start in on him I might say something. You should know by now I am very middle of the road. I have no problem telling the truth about JetBlue but what I do not like is the bashing of our own guys unless they goose step along with what others think. Its just a little out of control.

Oh are you a 190 guy juicer
Oh did you say goodbye to the passengers juicer
Wait you helped with a bag juicer
Your not ready to burn the place down juicer
Oh well I heard a story of a guy who did a stand up juicer
We are a bunch of rejects
Our pilots are weak

And on and on.
(Not talking about you just in general)

There is a huge gap between recruiting for blue and bashing our own.
That is all I am saying.

Now he does have a point.
People do like the product and yes people do like the PAs( I don't do them) but where he is wrong and where I bet you and I totally agree is if the ELT wants that level of service they need to pay for it.

The direction of this airline and the product as well as employee moral is totally up to the ELT.
He is a great guy, he should be compensated more for going out of his way to make our product better when he doesn't have to. Honestly it's guys like him that made this a great place to work at, at one time. Helped build culture and generate repeat business from passengers. I would rather fly with him then a grumpy *******. However, the truth of the matter is management over the past couple years has made it very clear how they feel about us. We can all make more money elsewhere doing less. If they want pilots that do more than the minimum SOP, then they have to pay. Maybe when there are no more hyperboys left it will get there attention. I think the irration and shaming comes from those that work 70-75 hours a month, don't pick up open time, don't do RSA/VDA, don't rush to get OTP, don't clean and don't do stand ups. We don't have to do those things, you might want to because it makes you feel good, or makes your bank account look good. The longer guys keep helping the company, the longer other guys suffer. When half the pilot group refuses to RSA it doesn't mean more for you, but that's kind of what is going on. People are fighting small battles here, and some are still on the wrong side.

Ha, you defend JetBlue here, help JetBlue staff the airline by talking positively on here, worry about protecting JetBlue's"product" and most likely clean airplanes and do stand-up PA's.

But you go to union meetings! Wow.
