I'd blow right past pro-stans and go full phone call to the CPO followed by an FCIR and an SAR.

I've only ever had one issue with an FA about a bathroom probably 5-6 years back and she was just special. Nothing to do with cleaning or not. The capt I was with didn't take it very well at all. It was fun to watch.

This whole cleaning thing is simple, just be a normal person and do your job.

This.

Also last I checked (not saying that in a rude way) FA does not have a pro standards that works with ours. I know when I left we were working on that but yeah you can skip them. Sometimg like no bathroom break goes right to a CP.

Anecdotal, admittedly. I overheard FAs discussing the matter while I was nearby incognito. You guys really don't believe the company pushes this issue with the FAs to create a rift? That's management 101...

In my opinion it's a silly thing to say if you don't want want to clean Dont non Rev . I nonrev on JB to get to work and have for years . I am in uniform and will not do it in front of passenegers I think it degrades how hard I have worked to get to this point in my career . All cause the company is trying to save a buck ,

Sure I could wait till everyone gets off the aircraft then help, or I could stand up for this profession and don't fall for our managements tricks . I cross my row and I say thank you and leave . I constantly get the stank eye from
Our FA's . Including my first complaint to a station manager at my home base cause I didn't help clean.

Helping a FA in a quick turn is one thing , getting them food or coffee cause they aren't allowed to get off the plane , sure I do this all the time and pay more often than I would care to do. That's my way of helping .

I don't however do their job , i realize this isn't their fault , this is management paying sides . I try to explain this to them when one of them wants to discuss it . Which typically isn't that too well received , cause at the end of the day most of them just want less work to do. Sure who doesn't .

Hold the profession guys . Don't give in to this . Please please please

F the FA's. The airplanes have 4 coffee makers onboard and if they don't know enough to pack a sandwich they should go hungry. The FA's are turning in pilots for O2 masks and guilting them for not cleaning. Someday they are going to need our support and I'm going to tell them to pound sand.

Can't think of a time when the inflight ever withheld a lav break. Worst I've gotten was them asking if we can wait 5 mins because they just started handing out paperwork or service....

Cleaning planes? Never been asked.

I'm convinced some of you are looking for trouble just so you can tell your crashpad bunk-mate what happened to you like some 9th grade schoolgirl.
