I believe the problem is that Unionized pilots are going out of their way to further degrade scope. Flying an Airbus as a regional feed is a slippery slope...especially when JB pays less than AA. This will eliminate some of the highest paying jobs in the industry for a lower B-Scale airbus regional feed.

Everything in your post is false. Degrade scope? You really have no idea what you're talking about, but that's obvious to anyone familiar with scope. JB pays less than AA? Ok, a rounding error on 320 rates, but larger W-2 at JB when you figure in work rules (of which AA's are abysmal). And if any jobs are "eliminated" it will be cut-rate outsourced RJ jobs--which let's circle back to your scope degradation comment.
Troll's gonna troll I guess.

I'm sorry but can you point to where the LOA degraded scope? No scope language was changed. They granted permission to enter a codeshare agreement during a time where when you look back 12 months, you can see that the company's block hours are reduced from last year's level. Has any company's block hours increased compared to 2019 levels? This was a one-time grant since our flying like every other company is lower than 2019 level.
So again, point to where the scope concession is?
I wish everyone the best but dividing and spewing false information isn't going to help.

your joking right?? You can’t possibly think this. JetBlue isn’t AAs regional feed, they are continuing to fly their routes and allowing AA to sell seats on their flights. They didn’t erode scope of anyone. By the time this deal would be approved both AA and JetBlue will be paying Airbus CAs Within $4/hr with 16% DC. So you can get off your holier than thou high horse. JetBlue pilots should be more upset at AA pilots for allowing 76 seat RJs flown by regionals to compete against JetBlue 190s flown by mainline pilots with mainline benefits and wages.

Don’t think it’s so much ego as it is butthurt that his flow (I think from PSA?) is delayed/won’t ever happen, and he sees JB as part of the reason for that. Dude’s clueless, and appears to be at a scumbag outfit that took a concessionary contract to take flying from eagle. His opinion is worth nada.

Well, when covid is in the rear-view, and you get to negotiate for your new contract, you should try for a better scope clause.

Damn , that sucks we aren't a real airline anymore . Oh well , as long as these real direct deposits keep hitting my bank account, every 8th and 20th of the month , I could care less .
