I hear ya. I don't think the MEC would change the language to make it easier for the company to displace. I think a lot of time was spent on displacements in the video because they are likely coming. Not because of the LOA, but because of the general state of airline.

Are we going to be flying RJs? Is our pay being cut in half? Is our retirement being cut 75%?
Are we going to be flying passengers that would have otherwise been flying to NY and Boston on AA on our aircraft? Looks like it, to the tune of 40 aircraft worth.

Yes. Don't we always say JB is just a big regional??? I was wrong on SWA thankfully.
We'll get revenue from the loyalty programs. And I'm betting in the details we'll have some kind of option to permanently retain some assets as far as gates/routes when we end the partnership like we did in the 2010 - 2014 time with SJU.
It's like a rent-to-buy setup...........

Are you honestly asking or is this your subtle way of saying you don’t like this? The wording in the LOA is pretty damn clear.
