Agreed, there will likely be some hefty displacements (speaking as someone who will likely get downgraded). I suspect 190 displacements will be more significant than 320s, but we will be running very very fat on FO staffing for a while.

Also hoping there are some nice long term VILs offered through this as well.

Were you a 320 CA? I'd wager we see displacements for 320CAs and 190CAs but not for any FO seats.

Any chance they cut guarantee to 50? I would think something that major would be vote upon by the group?

if they cut it to 50 it’s like one big VIL line. At which point - having known that - I would have taken a VIL line. Why sit RSV at 50 when you could be off the hook entirely. Since they mention no changes were made to pay rates, it seems the only thing left would be to reduce line value.
