👆🏼 What they said.
phil if you’ve got issues you need to start making phone calls. Your lack of comfort is understandable.
I can tell ya. I spent most of last year on LOA, got to fly in January then rsv while I studied for transition to the bus. I haven’t touched a plane since March. After brain dump study re dump
and refresh. Day two was less than stellar in my opinion but serves its purpose in order to knock off the rusticles. the check ride was a breeze.

My experience has been a bit frustrating as well. I was on an incentive line for a couple of months and emailed the CP office volunteering to get my landings during that time. No response, one day I had an email telling me to bid on Flica for a training date.
Great, I thought everything was all set. Got my first 120 day extension. Now getting closer to my Sim session, I found out it is a Requalification Event (RQL-1), which requires a OE Leg and Line Check, before you get back to the line. Then just a couple of days ago, I got the 150 day extension. I’m legal until the end of July and have a line, which should get me all my landings. But somehow I still have this Requalification Training...

Devil is in the details, we’ll see. No furloughs until May 2021 is a good thing on the surface. Allows us to be nimble and play offense when the time is right. I think by the end of this year you’ll see the things start to turn around in the leisure/VFR markets as long as progress towards a vaccine continues.

I suspect we’re getting displacements. What’s the protocol, have a stripe removed or just buy a new blazer? Asking for a...myself.
Seriously though, wouldn’t an LOA of this caliber go to the membership first?
