According to the union email this appears to be exactly what happened. Can’t see how the whole group is made whole by this deal.. Also, guys that bid a VIL may not have, given a greater potential for LCR or SCR. But we got a “cease and desist” so we got that going for us...

Just another FAIL by the MEC! They should have done a rebid! Just like the company asked us to do a rebid several times. We and they knew about this before the Captain Bids closed. Why do these morons always bend over at the instance when the company wants something from us? They probably think they are smart and see this as a win, but yet again, they got played by the company. Idiots!

I think this is costing the company millions more by NOT doing a rebid.

Every original June line holder that wants it is well over 100+ credit, and now every pilot who should have had a line will be over 100+ with open time pick-ups.

If they had done a rebid they could have covered all this flying and keep 99% of us below 80 hours.

I've heard from a friend still at JB that the Airbus has a lot of open time, the E190 not so much.

But that means less E190 pilots were affected anyway.

Where'd you leave to? JFK and BOS 320 FO has quite a bit of open time, not so much a the other bases

Copy. It follows generally that if there isn't much open time in a specific base, there wouldn't have been a meaningful increase in lines in that base (or seat/aircraft).
