Yeah it changes the requirements for line holders to check JETCRW before leaving, and other things. Not sure exactly on everything though.

Because your immune system and those of your dependants is more robust during a level 2 or 3, so if you call in sick you must be lying.

If you're sick, you're sick. Call in-get a note from MD.
Good sarcasm Blue. Agreed btw.

Also, if you commute on us, you have to have two flights during an IROP instead of one (18.A.2.b in CBA). Not sure how that works in practice, e.g. when you’re required to check the current IROP status, etc.

If I'm understanding the new reserve grids correctly, the lineholder/LCR grid looks fairly typical but the SCR grid looks very inflexible. Nearly every day is understaffed right from the initial award. I suppose you can move days to days that are more severely understaffed but that is of limited helpfulness and it will be very tough for guys that are trying to PTO days off.

And this is September... basically reserve means you can’t move your days any more. We were previously at a point where RSV pilots were able to get out of their weekend days easier than line holders. Now the playing field is leveled and the benefits of bidding reserve on purpose dwindle
