cons
is it’s Uber senior on the CA side and even Airbus FO. It sucks to see people with your same seniority making 50k more than you with weekends off in JFK.(although if you live close to mco and are willing to volunteer on your days off you can make that up pretty easily)
But is that worth a commute to you? Decision you have to make for yourself.
Only base with 190 red eye turns.
Your not just on rsv in MCO you are on rsv in Florida! LIMOs everywhere! Makes it a little hard to predict open trips while on rsv.

Other potential cons: If you live in MCO and do a VDA in MCO, you get virtual DHD credit to/from your official base. So that's an additional 6 hours at VDA rates on top of the pairing credit for each assignment if you are based in BOS. So it's really all about your personal choices. QOL or money. (Just like every other choice in this industry)

3.O.5
A pilot assigned a pairing that originates from an airport other than his Base (other than global open time) shall receive pay as follows:
A)DHD credit from his base to the airport
B)Credit for the pairing
C)Deadhead credit back to his base if segments operated does not end in base.

How so? The below appears to be implemented, and isn't changing right?
3.O.5

A)DHD credit from his base to the airport
B)Credit for the pairing
C)Deadhead credit back to his base if segments operated does not end in base.

Missed that.
It will take time to see how this all shakes out. The current VDA with paper DH was the first domino after RSA because it was based upon system-wide seniority.
This I would imagine will be the last domino before the flight CNXs after POTFCFS, RSA, VDA, GOT rostering, then ...
