Today’s Outlook:
Another round of weekend RSA. Rainy daze in the northeast. Jetblue meltdown imminent. Please pick up open-time at straight pay. Ha! Wait 5 hours it will be double time pay or they’ll cold call you at home to help.......Of course, once they get through calling the secret helpers list (DG). Please do not discuss the United merger.

Are you using the “Service Req” screen? I’ve flown with a number of guys who say it’s a waste of time, never works, but when I pull the screen that says “Oil,” “Windscreen,” etc. they say they’ve never seen that screen. Confusing, because the “Log Entry” and other prompts aren’t monitored.

If you don’t understand who BCG is then you don’t understand who is running this place.
Management are simply functionaries.
That is why we don’t have experienced managers. It is outsourced to BCG
