In today's CP update: nice job highlighting a customer experience that is strictly forbidden in the FOM.

It's even in red

I wonder if he would’ve gotten the same type of praise if he actually did put in the cockpit 🤔

And people wonder why some of us hate this place. Jetblue publicly patted this guy on the back for volunteering to place an item from an individual he did not know in the flight deck which is in direct violation of the FOM and OPSPECS.

This place is an absolute cult full of incompetence and dysfunction.

****BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!****
Manual revision coming soon to make this legal. New shelves will be installed in the cockpit to increase our caring value. Even if they cover up the circuit breakers, that's ok as long as we can carry bags up front and send emails out to the employee group making them think we are awesome. Oh, and unfortunately this will be a two step process so they will all be installed by 2028! Fly safe and save fuel.

I hear the oxygen masks will also be removed so that the jumpseaters that say, “do you mind if I put my bag up here” can continue to stack their.... Sherpa-like backpacks, rollerboards, Casio mini pianos, scuba flippers, dirt bikes, and furniture.... in front of and on top of emergency equipment. No problem with properly positioned gear but putting a roller board on my O2 mask access door and not seeing that as a problem is a problem.
