The problem is if this is all your seniority holds, you will be "that guy" calling out every other trip. Then you are put on the "must fire" list.

Wheres that list? Is it official?
If you're fatigued, you're fatigued plain and simple.

Just curious- what language prevents B6 from optimizing trips like this.
Use one of the legacies as an example. Legit question.

That would be the biggest lawsuit and safety blunder our pr company could ever do. ‘BREAKING NEWS!!!! JetBlue FIRES PILOT FOR CALLING IN TOO TIRED TO FLY!’ Then they show the schedule and asks what human would be able to flip flop 3 times on a trip.

They won't fire you for calling out fatigued.

They will go digging, pull the times your phone auto-connected to flyfi, or you walk out to your car during a sit without asking crew services for permission and nail you. It is a playbook they have perfected.

The problem is, you may not know you are on the list until its too late.

JetBlue shows ill will toward employees who used ?too many? sick days, lawsuit claims - NY Daily News
Ahh yes... more contractual deficiencies that we knew about well in advance. How many voted for this contract without even TRYING for a 2.0 contract?

Maybe it's time to expose the flawed thinking of the yes voters.

The only reason Jetblue is not on that list is because MWW has not been hired to propagate that message.
