So you seem like a pretty reasonable / thoughtful cat (which I am not) and I’m confident you’ll do your due diligence. With that, when you figure out how you’re going to vote could you just tell me and I’ll just vote the same? Thanks…you see, this way I’ll save lots of time/effort...

I’ll tell you how I’m going to vote, after I see the T/A.

You show me what info you have suggesting a vote today. This was the guidance the MEC sent out. So for you “starting Thursday” implies starting and finishing? Why not just say “Thursday.”
“We plan to convene for a special meeting starting Thursday of next week, where the MEC will have the opportunity to pose questions to the Negotiating Committee. After a period of thorough questioning and deliberation, the MEC will then vote whether to approve the TA and send it to you, the membership, for ratification.”

That seems indicative of a vote today, with the stuff to be sent out immediately following.

“We have recently communicated that the MEC has the Tentative Agreement for their thorough review. On Thursday of next week, a special meeting will be held for the MEC to deliberate and vote on approving the TA to go to members for ratification.”
But I agree there is some ambiguity in the email you’re quoting. I apologize for the sarcasm earlier.
I know the MEC has had most of the contract for weeks now. They’re not seeing it for the first time today. So I’m sure they’ve had many questions answered already. I believe (hope) there will be a vote today and the TA emailed out shortly after.

Looks like BeatNavy already said it but here you go:
