Ok, some of those guys I’ve heard are waiting for the fleet review and bidding the CS. I dunno.

Keep in mind the company knows the training language already in the AIP. It may benefit them to wait. If the TA fails they can also issue a supplemental bid just 1-2 weeks later. It’s not like that would move the training timeline any with the 6 month leeway they have(which is something I hope is fixed in the TA)

Don’t be surprised if this bid has next to nothing on it and they wait to see the TA results.

I'm not convinced this contract requires nearly as much higher as people think. And attrition might slow some, but definitely not completely. We are still very much discount airline pilots even with this AIP.

I'm with Payne, smallish bid, Airbus goes more senior.

My money is on this. Already talked to two relatively senior 190Ca going to the bus. “It’s $45-50k a year without blinking”.
That’s 2500-3000 more a month.

$52 an hour is a big difference and 10hr/3days now worth 15... no brainer.

Assuming it passes.

The rates in the AIP are dead on arrival and we will simply be in last place again in a year or so. The rates alone are insufficient to deserve a yes vote. Unless they intend to raise those rates by quite a bit, no contract language will make me vote yes. Sorry but we are worth a lot more than that.

Great! Now go sit in the corner. The adults are talking now.

You see Q? Only adults can understand selling themselves at a discount.
