The choice years ago was her or Robin as CEO and they went with Robin because he had "airline experience." They positioned her as COO so she can have "experience" and become our next CEO.
My take: Someone must have been tricked into thinking she does a good job. OTP was as much her baby as Jeff's and it's a massive failure. Our terrible healthcare (which can be attributed to ALPA finally coming on property) was her project. Cabin cleaning is her big pet peeve. Poor work relations between the pilots/flight attendants (and even LSC office staff) and upper management can be directly attributed to her attitude towards employees.
Seems like a terrible choice for someone to "run the operation." I guess we can look forward to even more days of no pre-cancellations and 9 hour delays during a blizzard that takes days to recover from while everyone else precancels and recovers in less than a day.

From a friend who works inside the Kremlin:

Can't wait till all the Yes voters are cleaning toilets since Joanna's trial balloon aircraft cleaning was a legal resounding success while most BJ pilots outsourced their responsibilities to ALPA, which did nothing.
This communique is for entertainment purposes only. It does not implicitly or explicitly acknowledge employment with any air carrier nor is any relationship implied. This communique does not represent the opinions or policies of ALPA or JB ALPA and does not represent the collective pilot group, ALPA, nor does it imply collective bargaining, advocacy, or workforce actions intended to disrupt operations.

Good thing our contract, passed 12-0, has contract language against additional non-Part121 certificated airman duties... oh wait...

How far back are we? Serious question for a serious man who claims to know ALL- Ladies & Gentleman---- The Q.

The full TA still has not been finished/compiled and will have to be throughly reviewed and then voted on by the MEC before it is sent to the pilot group for a yes/no. You sound like a petulant and emotional teen in your posts and it’s getting old.
