Even if a lawsuit loses because it was a legitimate error, you still win because they now know they are on notice. At the very least they will finally pay attention to important functions like pay. You will force accountability of all the office jockeys who ridicule you openly with videos such as "IROP pants".

We are professionals and shall be treated as such.

2. That is what ALPA is for. 1.9%+ is a lot of money for 3+ years of failure. We still have nothing. Mission failure!!!

You're right... let's just keep bending over. Thank you sir, may I have another.

Rather than asking me to sue them, how about each of you contact your ALPA reps and demand a lawsuit. They have lawyers and 1.9%+ of your money. Let them give you excuses as to why a lawsuit is a waste of time, then vote them out of office or stop paying dues until they deliver results. ALPA is not the only union out there nor are they the only means of organizing. I don't think we should settle for controlled opposition. So, get ALPA to sue them.

IIRC there was a lawsuit filed by a JETBLUE pilot for incorrectly managing our retirement funds. The company was not complying with federal regulations which governed its responsibility. We all OWE him a debt of gratitude. I think he posts here.

They stopped doing it. As far as I know.

Maybe we need to pressure the union to tackle this.

It’s not an error if there is a pattern and you can prove it.
It wouldn’t be that hard to tackle this issue. I’m sure some lawyer would absolutely love a wage theft lawsuit.

Why don’t you do it?

But just like Twitter or social media people start discounting the overly dramatic. So no a gear up landing example is hardly helpful.

It’s not defending the company it’s pointing out that if there actually is theft (a big accusation) it should be investigated and a lawsuit filed like 3a was. If you can show it happens over and over as people say I would think that’s a great lawsuit or it’s just guys making an accusation on the internet with no intent to do anything about it. Maybe que can lead a group to sue over wage theft otherwise it’s a lot of talk.

Also if you look at what I posted you will see I don’t just trust them which is why I always check my pay.
Fixed it for ya.

Ok, you went there.

I'll say it this way:

We explained to you, a "pro-pilot" guy, how this happens frequently to many of us and happens under a very, um, interesting, pattern. Your inclination was to say it was just an error...

With that in mind, what chance do you think we would have against a judge bought and paid-for by The Firm?

Next, which super awesome list would we be put on in current or future chief pilot Hyper's cubicle?

No thanks, I'll just continue to have to triple check rainmaker and make comments after each "error" until the union takes up the issue.

Who knows, maybe they just accidentally hit the delete button weeks later frequently. Could just be honest mistakes.
