I'm not sure (at this point) if you can individually sue since you're supposed to use a grievance/arbitration process via the RLA. However, if you can find a federal agency to sue on your behalf, then game on.

At what point is a known systemic problem no longer accidental? After all, this KEEPS happening. If it were the 1st or 2nd time, that would be something else. However, this is probably the 2,000th time. If they fail to keep proper metrics and supervision, then that is gross negligence. I personally think the only way to deal with BJ is with a lawsuit.

Oh Joe. I hope you are just misunderstanding our commentary here.
Typical for me, I get a cancel that holds me into my day off. I check rainmaker and the trip correctly shows JRA@PREM.
Then I check rainmaker a week or two later, and 75% of the time it is mysteriously gone!
The fact that it is there correctly, and then later missing tells me it was manually removed. To call that a consistent "error" I think would be terribly naive. I've never seen them "mistakenly" add JRA@PREM to my schedule...
Yes, having the ability to check rainmaker is good, I don't think anyone suggested otherwise.
Respectfully.

Not enough.
The enemy only understands lawsuits. Good faith is for love making, not for business. The enemy is ruthless, vicious, and has not a single care for you as a person. BJ is not a person, it's a group of philosophies all competing to exploit the most amount of money out of employees and customers. They will do and say anything it takes to achieve that objective.

To say that Joe’s naive attitude may be the reason Blue is in its current state may be an understatment. Stop defending subpar work no matter what department it comes from. If its that easy to get Joe to defend the company I would hate to see what he would fall for in a TA.
What if you landed gear up one time? What would happen to you? Why allow BJ to offer subpar performance everywhere else?

It’s not defending the company it’s pointing out that if there actually is theft (a big accusation) it should be investigated and a lawsuit filed like 3a was. If you can show it happens over and over as people say I would think that’s a great lawsuit or it’s just guys making an accusation on the internet with no intent to do anything about it. Maybe que can lead a group to sue over wage theft otherwise it’s a lot of talk.
Also if you look at what I posted you will see I don’t just trust them which is why I always check my pay.

Between this and crucifying people you seem to have a flair for the dramatic. Maybe you do work here after all.

It's just a means of communication. We also live in a world where no one listens to you if you don't swear every other word. If BJ is willing to wordsmith and use rhetorical devices in their anti-union communications, then we should indulge a little bit too, although without distorting actual data.
