Then watch BlueJet dork pilots whine about how THEY are letting the industry down.

Oh the humanity!!!
This AIP will be used against us in our current negotiations. I get that you view this as karma, but some of us are trying to better the conditions here.

My point is no matter what the TA says it will pass. 1 Vote. The first time.

FedEx said the same thing.

Until they took it to the membership.

They had a real TA shortly there after.
If it’s a turd. It’ll get a no vote.

So was our PEA, 5 mockuments and failed votes.

All the while SPA was walking the line.

When and if the NC and MEC deliver a market rate contract then BlueJet pilots can prove if we stand for anything at all.

Until then we should probably **** about SPA letting the industry down!!!

To be fair B6 compensation outstripped theirs by a large margin back then. In fact it still does, so while I am no company man can we have a little perspective?

With zero work rules.

Has anyone on the board ever attempted to monitize the value of 4 off between pairings?

Our does everyone just assume it’s worthless!!!

It’s seems SPA thinks it extremely valuable.

Highly arbitrary. Some covett 4 off between pairings. Others loath it.

But I understand your point. Hourly rates are nothing without rules to support them.

Oh is four days off the crown jewel??

Our "zero" work rules (yes, I admit they need great improvement) are equal to what they just negotiated (except they will get credit for 24+ hour layovers.....which won't necessarily avoid 10 hour 3 days depending on how the company structures them).

I won't speak to whether their AIP is a good deal for them, but from the looks of it it would be a very bad deal for us. Have a drink, brother.

Would’nt four 10 hour 3 Days with 4 off between pairing equal min monthly guarantee of 72 hours?
