And at American, 60% of their pilot group will retire in the next 10 years. If you're hanging your hat here, get used to the slow movement.

Ive only run the numbers for guys in front of me, but we don't see triple digit retirements until mid 2020's. As long as the planes keep coming there will still be forward motion. If we stop taking planes, the ride is over. better like your seat.

11 deliveries next year. At 13 crews a plane thats 5.9 planes... about right?
