You know how it works... most of the time we’re on the same page. But in the end there’s only one PIC. 😘

When the story hit the evening news, "Controllers may be delaying your flights on purpose...story at 11." that would raise the traveling public's eyebrow much more than just a dopey controller giving bad vectors.
Think JB (most jobs for that matter.) You can do your job poorly...but lie, cheat etc will get you shown the door. And doing so in a manner that costs the company money or puts the company in a negative light will get you shown the door extra-fast.

Nah...It's akin to stealing. It's not the same as just being sub-par, it's the intent, purposely doing your job in a dishonest manor to promote your views.

Yeah that's kind of what I was getting at.
First I fully admit most of our problems come from us.
BUT
If it's true what some guys have been posting or describing unusual delays because of this ATC reform stuff and JetBlue could prove it. Well that would be one heck of a story. We know the one thing JetBlue is great at is PR.
That's why the best thing they could ever do if they wanted to kill RHs pet project would be to give us direct everywhere and no delays.
But we are still operating under rumors here so we will see. I have not noticed a single difference.

Why does NATCA officially support privatization, while many(most) members seem not too? This would be like ALPA supporting Norwegian while us pilots don't. I CAN'T fathom the disconnect. And, if the official controller labor union supports it, how is Jetblue ELT going against what the controllers, through their union, officially support? Instead of controllers being irked with Jetblue, perhaps the controllers should direct their ire to NATCA. After all, isn't this where their dues go? Hard earned dues going to your labor representatives which support an issue you don't.

That's right.
See us express captains know what is going on. We just let them think they run the ship. Hey as I always say I still get paid even if you do my job
I just go get a coffee anyway but since I'm not mainline I offer to buy.
