It was in Overall Seniority.

Most of the guys leaving are in the first 1-2 years, so after your reach year 2 here your movement virtually stops since we have no retirements, are shrinking the seniority list lately and are deferring future aircraft deliveries (taking fewer planes per year in the future).

So no, you won't move up 4 numbers per month after your first year or two. It will be slower.

There is plenty of hyperbole on both sides with neither being totally right.

The other thing and I see this on bluepilots the most is sometimes there is a doubt that if you are not screaming or ranting or ****ed all the time you aren't ready to strike. We all deal with issues in our own way but there has never been a doubt in my mind that I will go on strike and I never thought twice about voting for a Union. All you had to do was listen to a Rob M call back in the day to know we needed a union.

But you guys are spot on we need to be United now more than ever. Not 190 vs Bus or East vs West or guys saying I told you so, it's best to all be on the same team and get what we deserve.
Never said any critique was untouchable, but juicers take ANY critique of Blue personally, which is laughable. Not callin you a juicer btw.

Agreed on unity Payne, but if a TA isnt here before Xmas, those touted attrition numbers will climb and Im not sure how growth happens.
Like many here, Im praying for a phone call before a TA.
No way B6 ever competes with the Airlines and itll be a 20 year game of catch-up and culture. No thanks.

Ok just because we have a good working relationship.

If it will take jetblue 20 years to catch up and you want no part of that, why say I'm praying for a call BEFORE the TA?

If you think we can never compete than the timing of the TA has nothing to do with it, your mind is already made up.

Or maybe if the TA is good enough it would make you think twice, but that can't be since you said that won't happen.

Sorry bozo just an interesting way to phrase a post.

My post is clear- read it again Jp.
To clarify; A new TA is not going to change my mind.
My belief is, and has always been, that it will get much worse before B6 gives on pay and the remaining sections. I only have historical behavior to base that on.
The timing used to matter- Not any more. Text me with any further questions.
