Wow they are really pushing it with the system bid release. Numbers must be all kinds of awful.

Nah things could do drastically change between today and tomorrow. .

Also I hope in our contract we don't give the company the ability to schedule training anytime in the next 6 months after a system bid. Kinda makes it hard to plan your life.

We should be bidding on training slots or at a minimum a training month.

I'm thinking it's more like "We have until Wednesday to do this? Ok, let's set up a meeting to look at the numbers over lunch on Wednesday so we can have the bid out by close of business. Ok, back to planning how we can get some free publicity in the hipster community over the potatoes in the T5 Farm and our locally sourced organic gluten free non-dairy foods in Mint."

I'm guessing the bid will be out late tomorrow or early Wednesday.

I don't think they're mutually exclusive. Even certain people in management have said our uncompetitive compensation package is causing recruitment difficulties, and obviously a CBA would help with that.

The fact that ALPA co-hosted a recruitment event just shows our MEC would rather have ALPA pilots in new hire classes than some would-be juicers. That's my take, anyhow.

THE RSA's are out of control!!!! Good thing we're overstaffed on the 190. Let's see what happens in this system bid. Last BOS E190 negative Captain bid doesn't line up with what's happening to the reserves on a daily basis. Or the daily RSA's.

B6 just loves to run lean and in the red. I just got back from recurrent and the "pep talk" was more bland and uninformative than I remember.
I did feel than the presenter was as forthcoming as he could be and I honestly believe that B6 has no idea what direction to take-thus, the 190 fleet review.
Any guesses on the system bid upgrades. Im going with: +20 320Ca
- 5 190Ca
Im basing this on the farmers almanac

Anyone who has recently been to LSC might think a B-787 bid could be in store, or at least think a Boeing salesman paid a visit. After all, sales of the 787 are down...could be the next bargain.
