Look, some of us had fast seniority progression. The guys hired in the last couple of years, and soon to be hired might be FOs for a long time. The time guys will be junior will be way longer now and in the future. If your only working 12 days, great. No one is trying to take away your seniority. We need to think about guys working 18 days to get 70 or 75 hours. It's about improving everyone's life, not just yours. If you are super senior your quality of life will not improve as much as a junior guy, because it's already good. There is no reason why there are some guys getting 22 hour 3 day trips and then a whole bunch getting a 10 hour 3 day.

You truly are a tool. I don't expect seniority before I'm due, and as a mil guy, I fully understand how seniority makes life better. My point is that a market rate CBA will improve EVERYBODY's qol.

Are you seriously implying that mil guys don't understand how seniority works? Since you grasp that concept, work on understanding how "unity" works.
