Yup, don't ever drop the brake early just for them. Had an agent still in the cockpit asking to drop the brake for on time. Sorry. I know it's one minute till departure but they are still throwing bags and the gate checks are still on the jetbridge.

That covers over 20,000 employees, only 3,400 of whom are pilots. Hard to say this is a good place specifically for pilots to come based on the fact that the majority of the employees who contributed to the data used to arrive at this ranking aren't pilots and aren't even college educated nor have a unique high demand skill...their frame of reference is completely different than a pilot's. Not saying this place isn't a good place to work, but we are still undercompensated by a large margin, with many work rules and benefits that lag our peers. You can't accurately use this to justify your juiciness or as validation for why this place #keepsgettingbetter, from a pilot standpoint. How about using the contract comparison guide as a better place to draw your data. Because, after all, that is how we rack and stack against our peers for everything that actually matters (pay/QOL/time off). But, you're a smart guy, so you probably know this already.
