I see the complaints on here, but believe me, you guys have to have it WAY better than we do over at Mesa! I had a few questions....
1-How long does it take out of training to get an MCO base?
2-Are you guys allowed to give away partial trips, pieces starting and ending in your base, as long as there are adequate reserves? I've heard some airlines make you give away all or nothing, which really sucks.
3-How long do people typically sit on reserve right now?

Yeah an 1:20hr on hold for me just to get my name on my DH flight. Did see the JFK chief flying the other day so there's that

Not to try and defend B6, but Delta hold times 4 days after an IROP are averaging 14 hours.

2) H##l no. We can only wish. It would make sense, wouldn't it? But they don't allow things which benefit pilots to happen here. They'll change the rules every minute (by email, because no CBA) if it will benefit the company. They will not change them to benefit us. Put us in the "suck" category.
3) Sorry, no idea.
