You must not be a student of history when you said you trusted management.
It's all bs and I don't know why you guys thought different. It's all freaking PR.

Same game different players.

The only person that will ever take care of you is YOU.

Here are the totals for the CA side for the same bid from the past two years:

190: -5

2016

320: 14
190: 2

Sorry for the confusion.
Based on the info you provided, here's a little graphic to illustrate the trend. #keepsgettingbetter #timetoleave

Yeah except I never said I trusted them.
Go read the books man.
You will be less surprised and will find out this is nothing new.

Can you address my original point- Why do you defend them?

You can read my posts. I don't always defend them just call it like I see it. But I never ever said I trusted them.

Delta pilots last year received 15% contribution to their 401(k). How much did you get? 3%. 15 minus 3 does not equal 2. IF you contributed 5% you got a 5% match, and 5% of your profit sharing was double counted as a retirement contribution. So if you want to do blue math, you got an 8% contribution, which is still 7% short. Combine that with rates that lag even Delta's previous concessionary contract, and your argument is so pathetically off base I won't waste any more of my Monday night correcting you.
Did you pass math class? You got to be the dumbest pilot in the world. 3%? Yeah I got 3% ****ing percent. I got 13% contributed to my retirement and 16 percent profit sharing check. That's how it really works, why are you trying to lie about it? I know 5% of my retirement is PS, doesn't matter. Fact is 13% to my 401K from the company and 16% from the company to a check in my hand.

Just give my your's and I will request a new FO if I see you.

Is it that hard to just say the truth.

Instead of lying and saying we get 3% or 8% ( whatever you mood is) just say we get 13% from the company contributed to our 401K if we put in 5%. In addition to that we got 16% PS check. However, we should get 15-16 percent retirement with no match required, and still get a 16% profit sharing Check. But I guess telling lies is better. Either some people like to make stuff up or really are that stupid.
