Maybe they just want to hold off on upgrades until after peak summer season.

Yea- WAI was packed with B6 FOs. Had a 2-year FO on the jumpseat out of Fla this weekend said his entire class was there looking to get to a real airline.

I could see that, if we had more upgrades in our last few bids, but the upgrades have been very limited in the last few bids.

I hear this "supplemental bid" tossed around a lot. But it doesn't happen often. Something is up and management already has a plan.

I think we have had one maybe two supplemental bids in 5.5 years, and I know one time the bid before was accompanied by a chief emails saying a supplement would be out in a couple weeks.

New CFO email.

Cliffs notes version: we are too expensive.

Something is up ( management doesn't have a...).

- When was the last time you actually got something done by a human that was correct? ie: If it can't be done by Flica, it doesn't happen.
- Why are the RSV grids now red Thurs-Monday and yet the system bid shows little growth. Properly staffed?
- The formula of our efficiency is getting old. These planes run all the time and yet we're too expensive.
- New game: Type today's dispatcher in your phone. Wait four months. If said name reappears, free Coffee for all.

I'm saving my money and being overly nice to my FO's, because in 3 years they'll be senior to me at the next airline.

If our cost advantage over the legacies is only 9% while we are compensated 30-40% less than their pilots, maintenance is run on the cheap, and there is duct tape holding the stretched-thin operation together, then the problems are systemic and originate from LSC. The ELT is an epic failure if that is the case. How about we grow a pair and have a vote of no confidence like the American pilots did, ALPA??
