Got logged out of BLue Pilots some how and now it won't let me reset my password. After I go through the password reset and use the auto-generated new password it says "your account is already active"? Any suggestions? I need my BP Man!

Well I wrote that post right after a conversation on the topic with some other Blue guys, so I suppose the answer is yes.

Check your spam folder.....that's where my confirmation/reset email went when I had to change my password.

So, I'm in a LIMO JFK -EWR hotel. Then fly out in the morning. My driver decided to go through manhattan and we've been stuck in traffic we'll over the 1:30 that my schedule allotted for the DH. I'm on reserve and will not break guarantee. Do I call crew services when I finally get to my hotel for the appropriate credit? Do I need some kind of proof? Does it even matter? Actually I just realized I am 10 hours from my report time right now (still in LIMO).

1. Advise them of when you entered rest so they can recalculate your show tomorrow, and
2. Make sure the DH credit is corrected.
Don't be surprised if they pull you and send another reserve in the morning to avoid the delay. Then make sure you get paid for the trip. Per the settlement you owned the pairing as soon as you reported for the limo.

Yes you now have 2 reasons to call CS:
1. Advise them of when you entered rest so they can recalculate your show tomorrow, and
2. Make sure the DH credit is corrected.
