Thing is, I don't know if they really care. So long as they have warm bums in the seat who have passed training, they don't care. Maybe if they are having to spend more money (additional training) for some newbies, then they'll care.

I'm taking about the average experience, not the number of applications. I don't know the number of applications. Sorry for the confusion.

It says they're ordering a size bigger than the suit jacket. I'm a 46R with wide shoulders. Is this thing going to be like a parachute if I don't wear the suit jacket underneath. Like the pants, I sure these things are designed for the JC Penny catalog man, not a guy that knows his way around a squat rack. Can we try these on in JFK?

No worries, mate!

The number I saw last week was about 4300TT for 2016. I have no problem with that number, but the trend over the last 3 years is concerning. It was about 6200TT for 2014.

Not sure if you can try them on in JFK, but if you can it's definitely a good idea. Mine is the same size as my "suiting jacket" and it fits properly. Because overcoats are sized to fit over jackets.... duh. If mine was a size bigger I'd be swimming in it. The sizing thing is another major fail by the company.

So if we all go out and buy a bunch of uniform gear and zero out our balance, would will pay for it then?

Then the $100 is deducted from your 2018 uniform allowance.

Next, boxes of blue gloves (that we don't need or want) will be funded by deductions from our uniform allowance. When will the insanity stop?

I agree, the leather jacket is outdated. FYI, when I was hired in 2015 I had 9000TT 6000TPIC and was middle of the range for times within my class.

To keep things aligned with AA and continue along the JetBlue way, a deduction of $50 for your own walk around/ safety vest.

An extra $5 if you want that vest personalized...as long as you use the words Blue, Mint, etc

In an effort to increase revenue the forward lav will only be accessible for a $5 fee. The program is known as the "bowel moveMint."
